Good tasting fat free foods?
Im trying to find some good tasting but fat free/ healthy foods. Any ideas would be nice!!

If you're just concerned about being healthy, the most important thing is to get a balanced diet,
but things like cous-cous, wholemeal pasta and rice, fruit and veg, some fish, are good places to start.
If you're trying to lose weight, you should probably avoid carbs, not fat. But yeah, like I said, if you just want to stay healthy then the things listed above. Also porridge and muesli make great energising breakfasts :)

Chicken is very healthy for you; low in fat and high in protein. Here is a Cajun seasoning mix that I use. Simply sprinkle it on boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and cook in a small amount of oil. So good.
This makes a spice jar full:
2 T. salt
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (1 tsp. for a mild heat)
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, white pepper, and black pepper
Mix well.
Why do you want "fat-free" food? Healthy fat is essential. People in this country got fatter when they stopped eating butter, drinking whole (non-homogenized) milk and cut back on meats.

You get fat from the carbs, not the fats!
There are bad fats, however, those are hydrogenated fats, and canola oil (very bad).
You, sir/madame, are looking for mission impossible. You can't have something that tastes great, and is fat free. Almost everything has some kind of fat in it. You just need to distinguish between the good fat and the bad fat. Some ideas of HEALTHY foods that taste good are:
Lentil soup (use onions to add flavour)
You can make a healthy parfait, using layers of yogurt, granola, and fruit
TOFU, is a great healthy food, and can take on the taste of what its cooked with. You can use tofu as a chicken replacement for any meal using chicken (pad thai, chilli chicken etc). Use spices, herbs, and vegetables such as red peppers, green peppers and carrots while cooking tofu, to get great tasting tofu :) A few more ways are here: http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/recipes/…

there is no such thing as good tasting fat free or salt free and definitely no such thing with both no fat and no salt in it.
